By accessing j88.biz, creating a j88 account, or using any of the j88 betting or casino services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the j88 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. j88 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of j88 following any published update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to register a j88 Account or use any j88 service. By registering, you warrant that you meet this age requirement. j88 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. If age verification reveals that a User is under 18, the Account will be immediately closed, all pending bets voided, and any deposits refunded less applicable processing costs at j88's discretion.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility. Use of j88 is subject to the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are located. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing j88 is lawful in your location. j88 makes no representation that access is legal in any specific jurisdiction within or outside Pakistan. Users who access j88 from a Prohibited Jurisdiction do so at their own risk and j88 may suspend or close such Accounts without prior notice.

2.3 One Account Per Household. Only one j88 Account is permitted per individual and per residential household. j88 may flag multiple Accounts registered from the same IP address, device, or payment method for investigation. Accounts found to be duplicates may be merged, suspended, or permanently closed.

2.4 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the j88 registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. j88 may suspend your Account if information you provide is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.

2.5 Not a Self-Excluded Person. By registering, you confirm that you are not subject to any active self-exclusion agreement with j88 or any other gambling operator. Registering a new Account during an active self-exclusion period is a material breach of these Terms.

3.1 Account Credentials. Your j88 Login username and password are personal to you and must not be shared with any third party. You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your Account, regardless of whether you authorised those activities.

3.2 Security Breach. You must notify j88 support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your Account or any security compromise affecting your j88 Login credentials. j88 will take reasonable steps to secure your Account following such notification but is not liable for losses incurred prior to notification.

3.3 Account Inactivity. j88 may classify an Account as inactive if no login or financial transaction has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. Inactive Account balances may be subject to an administrative fee disclosed in the j88 Fee Schedule, which may be updated from time to time. You will be notified before any fee is applied.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC). j88 may require Users to complete identity verification (KYC) procedures before processing withdrawals or continuing to accept deposits above specified thresholds. Required documents typically include a government-issued photo ID and proof of address. Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe may result in Account suspension.

3.5 Account Closure by User. You may request closure of your j88 Account at any time by contacting j88 support. Upon closure, any remaining PKR Wallet balance net of applicable bonuses subject to wagering requirements will be returned to your registered withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe.

4.1 Accepted Methods. j88 accepts PKR deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. The availability of specific payment methods may change without prior notice. j88 does not charge platform fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

4.2 Deposit Processing. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are credited to your j88 PKR Wallet immediately upon confirmed payment. Bank transfer deposits are typically processed within one to three (1–3) business hours, subject to banking system availability. j88 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking infrastructure.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests from verified Accounts are processed by j88 within twenty-four (24) hours on business days. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals typically reach the User's wallet within two to four (2–4) hours of j88 processing. Bank transfer withdrawals are subject to the receiving bank's clearing schedule.

4.4 Withdrawal to Source. j88 applies a return-to-source policy: withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. Exceptions may be made at j88's discretion following satisfactory KYC verification.

4.5 Minimum and Maximum Limits. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed in the j88 Cashier at the time of transaction. j88 reserves the right to impose daily, weekly, or monthly transaction limits on any Account for risk management, regulatory compliance, or fraud prevention purposes.

4.6 Anti-Money Laundering. j88 operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations. j88 may request source-of-funds documentation for large deposits or withdrawal requests and may delay or refuse transactions pending completion of such checks. j88 may report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities as required by applicable law.

5.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on j88 are subject to acceptance by j88. j88 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where: (a) the bet was placed on incorrect odds resulting from a manifest error; (b) the outcome of the event was known at the time of placement; or (c) j88 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent or irregular betting activity.

5.2 Manifest Errors. In the event of a manifest pricing or system error, j88 reserves the right to void bets placed at erroneous odds regardless of the outcome. j88 will notify affected Users and return the staked amount to their PKR Wallets. j88 will not honour winnings calculated on the basis of an obvious error.

5.3 In-Play Betting. In-play bets on cricket, PSL, and other live sports events are accepted subject to live data latency. j88 cannot guarantee that in-play odds reflect the precise real-time state of play at the exact moment of bet acceptance. Bets accepted in-play are final unless voided under Clause 5.1.

5.4 Abandoned Events. If a sports event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, j88's settlement rules for that sport category shall apply. These rules are published in the j88 Sports Betting Rules available within the platform. In the absence of a specific rule, j88's general policy is to void bets and return stakes.

5.5 Casino Game Results. Results of all j88 Casino games, including live dealer tables and RNG slots, are determined by certified random processes. j88 does not alter or manipulate game outcomes. Published RTP percentages represent theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

5.6 Maximum Payout. j88 applies maximum payout limits per bet and per calendar day, details of which are available in the j88 sportsbook and casino interfaces. Winnings exceeding the applicable maximum will be reduced to the maximum payout limit.

Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse may have bonuses voided, winnings forfeited, and Accounts suspended.

6.4 Expiry. Bonus credits and free bets expire on the date specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from the j88 Wallet and cannot be reinstated.

6.5 j88 Discretion. j88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion or bonus offer at any time. j88 also reserves the right to deny a bonus to any User where j88 has reasonable grounds to believe the User has acted in breach of these Terms or the specific promotion terms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the j88 platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Accessing j88 from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN or any other means of IP obfuscation;
• Registering or using a j88 Account if you are under eighteen (18) years of age;
• Registering or using more than one (1) j88 Account simultaneously or sequentially;
• Placing bets using funds derived from illegal activities or using j88 for money laundering;
• Match fixing, manipulation of sporting events, or placing bets based on inside information;
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with j88 systems;
• Attempting to exploit system errors, glitches, or pricing mistakes for financial gain;
• Engaging in collusion with other Users or third parties to gain an unfair advantage;
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your j88 Account to any third party;
• Conducting chargebacks or reversals on deposits that have been wagered on j88;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy j88 software, odds, or data without authorisation.

8.1 Service Availability. j88 strives to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, third-party infrastructure failures, or regulatory actions may temporarily affect j88 availability. j88 is not liable for losses incurred as a result of such interruptions.

8.2 Exclusion of Consequential Losses. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, j88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the j88 platform, including but not limited to: loss of anticipated winnings, loss of profit, or loss of data.

8.3 Cap on Liability. Where j88's liability to a User cannot be excluded, it is limited to the total net deposits made by that User to j88 in the twelve (12) months preceding the relevant claim, or PKR 100,000 (one hundred thousand Pakistani Rupees), whichever is lower.

8.4 Third-Party Services. The j88 platform integrates third-party software providers for casino games, live dealer services, and payment processing. j88 is not liable for losses arising from the malfunction, error, or unavailability of third-party services beyond j88's reasonable control.

8.5 User Responsibility. You acknowledge that gambling involves risk of financial loss and that j88 makes no representation regarding the likelihood of winning. Decisions to place bets are made freely and at your sole discretion and risk.

9.1 Suspension by j88. j88 may suspend or restrict a User's Account immediately and without prior notice where j88 has reasonable grounds to believe the User has breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, provided false information, or where j88 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory obligation.

9.2 Investigation Period. Where an Account is suspended for investigation, j88 will use reasonable endeavours to complete the investigation within thirty (30) days and notify the User of the outcome. During investigation, the User's PKR Wallet balance will be frozen. If the investigation concludes in the User's favour, the Account will be reinstated and the balance unfrozen.

9.3 Permanent Closure. If j88 permanently closes a User's Account for breach of these Terms, any balance remaining after deduction of voided bonuses, fraudulently obtained winnings, and investigation costs may be returned to the User at j88's discretion.

9.4 Closure by User. You may close your j88 Account at any time by contacting support. If closing for responsible gaming reasons, you are encouraged to request self-exclusion rather than simple closure, as self-exclusion provides additional safeguards against re-registration during the exclusion period.

10.1 Informal Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising from your use of j88, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting j88 support at the contact details provided on the j88 platform. j88 will use reasonable endeavours to respond to and resolve complaints within fourteen (14) business days.

10.2 Arbitration. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the dispute to binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in English under internationally recognised arbitration rules. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

10.3 Applicable Law. These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction.

10.4 Severability. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of these Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

10.5 Entire Agreement. These Terms & Conditions, together with the j88 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between j88 and the User with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior communications, representations, and agreements.
